On the 14th July 2023, suddenly in Hospital aged 84 years. Life Member and President Exeter Rugby Club.
Beloved husband of Betty and much loved dad of Ian, Rob & Sarah and a loving father in law, grandad and great grandad.

What a loss ... and condolences to all of you. "pardon me boy, is this the Chatanooga Choo Choo" will remain deep in the memories from all those Exeter RFC away trips over the years, singing was led by the Pugsley boys as ever.. RIP Roger... wonderful man...
